OSIC Executive Director Elizabeth Estes and Pam Factor-Litvak, PhD, associate dean for research resources at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, attended the organization’s annual meeting to discuss how the open source model can power generative AI to accelerate disease detection and prevention in the session, “Open-Source as a Model to Advance Public Health Research.” They also shared insights and key learnings regarding how the OSIC Cloud Data Repository is enabling rapid advances in the fight against IPF.
